Infinit-O was incorporated on September 15, 2005 by two veterans of the multinational outsourcing industry. Our vision and goal was to help small and medium sized companies around the globe to grow and prosper by enabling them to experience the full benefits of partnering with an outsourcing company.

A dedicated team armed with a clear vision, BPO Company Infinit-O has evolved into a highly specialized organization providing world-class, quality-based solutions that consistently exceed clients’ requirements.

We capitalize on the Philippines top-rate English speaking human resources, combined with an experienced team of multicultural leaders to deliver high quality, high value services.

Our strategy is to create partnerships with clients, rendering a strong combination of business consultancy, process optimization, and the latest operational techniques and technology to provide consistent maximum performance from the outsourced functions.

Infinit-O is proud of its long lasting business relationships with its clients. We have become one of the top providers of quality outsourcing solutions in Asia. In 2006, we built on our value-based approach by becoming certified by the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 for business process outsourcing services. In 2009, Infinit-O also received ISO 27001:2005 certification to further demonstrate our commitment to the safety and security of our clients’ proprietary information. In 2017, we have transitioned to ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2015.

We continue to enjoy steady growth with offices in the United States, United Kingdom, and Asia.
