The MAGIC® of Customer Relations Training that the Infinit-O’s IT Team have undergone is backed by the following Goals and Objectives:

Infinit-O’s MAGIC®-certified and Customer Care & Enrollment Trainer, Ma. Janet Carigma, held the two-day training at the company’s main headquarters in Makati and had officially certified the IT team members namely Adrian Carandang, Alvin Baculi, Francis Palma, Nelson Grabador, Raffy Baron, Francis Bellen, Francis Elloren, Hayron Villeza, and Janice Alzol Caña on April 30, 2016.
