Infinit-O, a top-notch global outsourcing company, announced that Senior Vice President Patrick Keegan has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Effective immediately, Keegan will take responsibility for information technology, human resources, business development and operations.
“Infinit-O is having another great year as we are continuing to grow both our current clients and welcoming new clients,” Richard Eldridge, Chairman of Infinit-O, says as he announced the appointment. “We are forecasting further growth and the Executive team has decided that to ensure we are able to continue to deliver Malasakit to our clients and team members we need to make some organization structure changes,” Eldridge adds.
Prior to this appointment, Keegan was responsible for leading the overall strategy and execution for Infinit-O’s Services.
Keegan is a highly accomplished executive with extensive expertise in operational responsibilities across multiple functions and technologies and has a broad experience and success with global outsourcing. His key areas of expertise include professional services management, customer service management, process/quality management, corporate strategy, and building sustainable high performance teams. The company believes that Keegan’s appointment as COO will greatly influence its steady growth and will pursue to become more successful in the coming years.
