The technical training encompasses the project specific skills such as work instructions, escalation processes, and client systems. The training materials, knowledge database and initial sessions on the system and processes would be provided by client; it is envisaged that a knowledge transfer would occur and INFINIT-O would be able to train its staff internally for each client account.
