Our Source department has been providing source management services for over 3 years and today manages over 12,000 sources . We have developed a comprehensive 8 stage process for adding and maintaining specific sources of interest for our clients based on predefined requirements such as but not limited to:

We provide Source Typing which include:

1. Traditional Media

2. Alternative Media

The value in this is to provide article segregation that give clients opportunity to see differences and/or similarities between Source Types.

We classify sources using predefine criteria such as:

A. Reputation

• Site has reader following - can be seen through number of subscribers, quality of content, number of comments from readers

B. Topic Relevance

• Articles on site mention defined company/industry or topic criteria e.g.High = as at least more than 50% mentions on each article of the last 10-20 posts

C. Quantity

• e.g. High = multiple posts per day, Medium = 3-5 posts per week, Low = fewer than 3 posts per week and last post must be at least 30 days old

D. Author credibility

• Author provides own thoughts/opinion/comments, is an expert in the field/industry of topic and is NOT simply reposting the news

We also provide template assignment or development for sources that do not provide accurate scraping of data using existing templates.
