Do not hesitate to ask the provider about these, one by one if need be, just so you can evaluate each and determine if you will likely realize this benefit or not. Often, these claims are general estimations and while they are usually based on factual data, this does not necessarily mean that it will apply to your company, considering the solutions you require.

Lastly, make it a point to visit the providers operations, be it onshore or offshore. Companies should encourage transparency in their operations and it is a must that when considering an offshoring partner, you should see how they work. This includes meeting the company’s upper management and its employees, as well as evaluating their offices to ensure that security and quality will be maintained throughout.

Choosing an outsourcing partner is no easy matter, and while they may say that outsourcing companies are now a dime a dozen these days, some companies are better than others, and some will be able to provide excellent service where others will only be mediocre.
