A
business process outsourcing (BPO)
group expects the industry to have
earned $5 billion last year, about 47% more than the $3.4 billion it
earned in 2006.
It also expects to have had 39% more workers totalling 320,000
employees by end-2007 from some 230,000 in 2006.
