Senior Executive Attends Asian Conference on Quality Excellence
Chamina Arellano, the head
of Healthcare
Services, attended the two-day Asian Conference. Many
organizations across the Asia Pacific region gathered to share their
experiences and best practices in striving for quality excellence.
Ms. Arellano commented, “I was amazed that the event was
entitled People,
Processes,
and Technology.
The exact terminology Infinit-O has been driving as its core areas of
operational focus since its inception a year ago.”
She added, “I was pleased to meet some of the largest and
prestigious companies across Asia, to learn from their experiences, and
more importantly to know that the quality initiatives that Infinit-O
had already implemented are very similar and even more sophisticated in
many instances.”
Moving forward, Infinit-O will continue to be at the forefront of new
and innovative techniques and best practices in quality excellence,
allowing its customers the unique opportunity to gain competitive
advantage through increased quality whilst also achieving up to 50%
costs savings.
The event received attention from the President of the Philippines as a
critical event that can raise the awareness around the world on how the
Philippines is leading the way with quality innovation.
