Our client is a privately held New York City-based, human-powered doctor-guided search service for health. Their site provides handcrafted search result pages for the most popular health search terms and phrases without the clutter, redundant links or index spam typically found in search engines.
They continue to bring innovation to online health care by leveraging social media and the power of collaboration technologies to improve the quality of health search.
CLIENT ISSUES
The Management faced a major issue that required immediate attention. There was a lack of commitment from part-time employees which affected the output thus had a negative impact on the profitability of the client.
OUR SOLUTION
We established a dedicated operating team with all the requirements including people, processes, technology and security customized for the client’s requirements.
A team was established to work on client-supplied topics by searching for the best health sites. The function has expanded to cover market research that will look for new ways to show up in the search engines for popular health topics that people search for on sites like Google, Yahoo and Ask.com.
